My September Smalls Collection at Earth Guardians Art Gallery
Threads of Fate and Faith
My collection of pieces that I will be presenting for our show that starts September 17, 2026 with the theme of "Threads of Fate and Faith" at Earth Guardians Art Gallery on Facebook.
I was brought up in a home that had a strong tradition of faith to fall back upon, but wanted to dig deeper and revisited my own bookshelves to re-read highlighted passages from my favorite books on spirituality that criss cross all major world faiths along with my poetry collection.
Early morning meditation and creating sessions during the new moon phase led to star gazing at night skies where I searched the dark spaces between faith and vulnerability to determining your fate in the places where we find full capability. For this reason, I exited my normal color palette and visited purple which vibrates with possibility.
I went back and forth quite a bit between my paint easels and my writing journals to flesh out what I wanted to say and thoroughly enjoyed the creation process for this topic. It is a small collection, but a powerful one and I hope you enjoy my interpretation. Cheers to finding your own way out of the dark places in whatever method you choose to find your own higher power.
