Pause

Divine beloved,

help me find the

pauses between the periods,

honesty within myself to

surrender in my healing season,

I believe we are all around that age where we are going through some type of healing process or period such as a breakup, a major illness, or grief.  This piece is a reminder to allow yourself permission to pause when life wants to kick you into your darkest hour.   Even my most glorious plants in the summer garden need to be cut back to the root after a cold winter to bloom in the spring.  I am guilty of moving 100mph but I am learning to apply the brakes much more frequently.

I used the Lotus flower, a waning moon, and peaceful swimming Koi fish to extend this message.
