The Big Lo

The Big Lo 

They say it’s gonna

sting a while

with moments of swimming

through the murk

but the mud will eventually

cover up the wounds

and provide a soothing salve

for things that want to lurk.

You can’t return to

the what may

or should have been’s

because the bloom

will not arrive

until you perceive the

what was meant to be’s.

All timing is perfect and divine. Wholeness and heaven on earth awaits you.  I love the saying “no mud, no Lotus” and the symbolism behind the Lotus flower.  I created a large Lotus bloom using one of my word lists and painted the flower and Koi fish on heavy mixed media paper then had fun using a play on words for this piece.
