But I Survived
During times of trouble, I focus on
the doorway to peace and sanctuary
from within that are always available to me.
I am home.
I have arrived.
-Thich Nhat Hanh
The purple Lotus represents the spiritual pathway to peace. This affirmation from Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh is one of my favorites affirmations to repeat in times of trouble.
