“Returning Home”
My nest is filled with eggs of guidance, light, and peace. In my most quiet of places, spirit helps me see the ones that helped guide me home.
Inspired by my mother who used to call me home every night as a child by opening the screen door and calling my name. I ignored her many times because I preferred to lay on the driveway and day/night dream by looking up through the Pine trees at the stars. But when I finally walked in the door and smelled and felt the comfort of the nest, I knew I was home.
